Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FindNuro ("we", "us") handles information when you visit findnuro.com, join our early-access list, or use the FindNuro web dashboard and iPhone app.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us (for example, to join early access), we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
• Account information. When accounts open, we store an account identifier and, if you choose, your email address or Sign in with Apple identifier.
• Research activity. Saved searches, watchlists and calculator inputs you choose to save, so they sync between web and iPhone.
• AI Product Hunter requests. The text of requests you send to the AI assistant, and the product data needed to answer them.
• Subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status (for example, active or expired), not your card details.
• Technical data. Basic server logs (IP address, time, pages requested) used for security, abuse prevention and reliability.

How we use information

To provide and improve FindNuro, keep your saved research in sync, answer AI requests, enforce fair-use limits, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to run FindNuro:

• Anthropic: processes AI Product Hunter requests. Your request text and the relevant product data are sent to generate an answer. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train models.
• Keepa: our licensed source of Amazon marketplace data. We send product identifiers, never your personal information.
• Apple: payments and subscriptions in the iPhone app.
• Hosting providers: GoDaddy (website) and Render (application servers and database).

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and saved research at any time from the app, or by emailing us. We then delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to systems is restricted, and secrets such as API keys are never shipped in our apps.

Children

FindNuro is intended for business users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Changes

If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
